How do I get the image files?
You will be given a download password, which will allow you to download all the edited images to your computer.
Prints and other photo products can also be ordered.
Is there a fee for Overtime?
Coverage that requires me to stay past the contracted time frame will be billed at $150.00 per hour.
Which pictures will appear in the online album?
All edited images will appear online. If needed, 10 images will be removed from the online album at no cost.
Requests that exceed 10 images will incur a $50.00 flat fee.
Requested image files to be removed will need to be submitted via email in an excel spreadsheet.
If needed, a blank spreadheet can be emailed to you.
What types of payments are accepted?
At this time, for all event plans we accept Cash or Check.
If payment is made by check, the check must clear before any product is delivered.
Checks are to be made payable to GG Photography, LLC.
Since a third party company is used when ordering additional prints from website, credit cards must be used as payment.
What do I do if I forget the password to access my event photos online?
No problem. Simply email us at info@joethepictureguy.com, and the password will be emailed to you.
